TERMS (There aren't many - don't worry).i. Generally, fifty per cent (50%) of fee to be paid up front with the remainder payable upon completion of your project. Audio files, discs etc will be released to you with my best wishes.ii. If booking Paul Avon Productions at a daily rate (often the case with music production in studio) the 50% deposit is payable 14 days prior to the commencement of the project. This is also applicable to half daily rates.iii. On no occasion is work undertaken on material which could be construed as sexist, racist, or inciting hatred of any kind.iv. Paul Avon Productions reserves the right to turn down your application or booking without reason or notice. v. In the unlikely event of your project date being cancelled due to illness or force majeure you will be contacted with proposed new date(s) for you to consider.vi. Discounts are always calculated for multiple bookings.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.1. HOW DO I ORDER A VOICEOVER? Simply call me, leave me a voicemail or email me with your proposal, script (if ready), ideas and requirements.2. I AM A STUDENT ON A TIGHT BUDGET WHO WOULD LOVE TO USE PAUL AVON ... Worry not! Over the years I have worked over the years on many student projects and am mindful of those on restricted budgets. Deals have always been worked out, especially if a project has piqued my interest.3. HOW DO I PAY? Fifty per cent (50%) of the fee is payable up front with the remainder upon completion of the project, whereupon your audio will be released to you with my best wishes. This also determines your commitment. If booking Paul Avon under a daily agreement the 50% fee is payable two weeks before commencement of the project. Payment can be made by Paypal (accepting all major credit cards) or by cheque etc. Paypal is nice and quick and accounts are available for free.4. WHAT IS A "BUY-OUT"? A buy-out is a flat rate fee which authorises you to use the audio I make for you. You take it away and use it as you will.5. WHAT ARE "RESIDUALS"? Additional charges for a commercial above and beyond the original fee paid usually based upon the number of times a spot is run.6. DO I HAVE TO CONTACT RIGHTS AGENCIES? Only if you wish me to replicate music. It is up to you to obtain all necessary permissions for the usage of other peoples' music in your production.7. CAN YOU OFFER ME HELP WITH MY SCRIPT? Yes. I can polish your script from concept to full professional standard _ £45.00 per hour (min 1 hour). A copywriting service is also available to you at the same rate.8. CAN YOU ADD LYRICS TO MY SONGS?
